Beautifully designed and spotless rooms with a private balcony as well as the garden, gorgeous breakfasts. Location - beautiful, so close to the city center, the river side in Chiangmai and anywhere else such as a beach. Also, in the garden over looking the river.

The room was good sized and very well furnished, had reasonably clean separate bathroom. It had things I needed, including a safe, an iron, and a TV set.

Great and gorgeous location in front of river with views across the lawns and the river. Situated only 1 km from Elephant Parade Land Museum.

Our rooms were generous sized and well-designed with balcony overlooking the garden, balloons, as for instance. The hotel had a riverside position really close to the airport which so many other hotels offer, the local food market, and a very good Thai restaurant:)))

There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was very good! Besides, the parking was by the hotel. The location was absolutely perfect and peaceful, very close to the river, which is a 5-minute walk to the famous Night Bazaar and the outskirts of Chiang Mai and easily accessible.

During our stay at Villa San Pee Seua, we had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service and accommodations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and spoke fluent English. The family suite we stayed in was spacious and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast by the river and the availability of amenities like a DVD player. Despite some minor issues with transportation and the location being a bit far from the city, we overall had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai. we would definitely choose to stay at Villa San Pee Seua again.

I had a fantastic and relaxing stay at Villa San Pee Seua. The location by the river was stunning and surrounded by beautiful trees. The room was spacious with a big balcony and a comfortable bed. The daily cleaning was detailed and the internet signal was good. I loved the free bicycle usage and the pool. They had plenty of games and books available, and the gym had everything I needed. I'll highly recommend this hotel.

Neat hotel, loved to be short walk to centre and the gardens next to the river and restaurants thanks to quiet location. The breakfast food was delicious and wonderful, the staff were very supportive. The deluxe queen room we stayed in was generous sized with balcony overlooking the garden.
